Appointment Preparation
✔ Arrive on time.
✔ Please arrive with clean, freshly exfoliated skin.
✔ Brows should be neatly groomed before your appointment.
✔ Avoid bringing extra guests unless previously approved.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or canceled depending on our schedule.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.
Electronic payments are subject to a processing fee.
Accepted payment methods:
• Cash App
• Apple Pay
• Zelle
All remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. All retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only available if initiated by Beat Me Glam or with the payment of a new retainer to reserve a new appointment date.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-call, no-show. No-call, no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the retainer and the client will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Beat Me Glam.
Guests & Children
No additional guest or children allowed at appointment unless their being serviced.
