When can I expect a response?
We respond to all inquiries within approximately 2 business hours. If you haven’t heard from us after that time, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Where are you located?
We are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Our studio address is provided after your appointment is confirmed. On-location services are also available for eligible bookings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the payment methods listed during the booking process. Please note that a processing fee applies to all electronic payments.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive on time with clean, freshly exfoliated skin and well-groomed brows for the best possible results.
What if I’m running late?
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled if we are unable to accommodate the delay.
