What are the steps after I fill out the contact form?
Once the contact form is submitted we will contact you on your primary method of contact within 2 hrs. If you don’t hear from us after 2 hrs please feel free to contact us via email or text.
How do I book a glam session?
In our menu click "Book Appointment" you will then be redirected to another page where you will see all of our sessions and prices, which will allow you to book the session that best fits your individual needs.
How long will my glam session take?
This will depend on the session that you choose. Please see our "Book Appointment" page for more details on each session. Duration of sessions may change depending on personal skincare needs..
Where are you all located?
We are located in North County of Saint Louis Missouri. We will provide our exact address at least 2 hrs before your session.
Can I bring my own eyelashes?
Yes. You are able to bring your own eyelashes, but the price of the glam session will not change.
Can I bring my own makeup products?
For the best experience & results we can only use our makeup products.
Do you offer false bottom lashes?
Yes! However, there is an up charge.
Do you offer wedding services?
We are currently not offering any bridal or traveling services at this time.
Can I bring a guest?
No additional guest allowed at glam session.
Do you travel?
We are currently not offering any traveling services at this time.
Can I reschedule my appointment using the same deposit?
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless cancelation is initiated by us.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We understand that things do happen. If communicated, you will be able to book again. But deposit will be forfeited. No call no shows will not be allowed to book again.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
Your remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY.
